Services & fee schedule

Within the week, your set is on the counter — and the reviewer reads it once.

Three drawing sets and three add-ons, each at a flat fee fixed in writing before drafting begins. Choose the set that matches your filing, send us the sketch, and receive layered DWG and print-ready PDF drawn to the conventions Westchester and New York City reviewers expect.

The drawing sets

Three sets, entered in the ledger one at a time

Each entry names the sheets delivered, the footage it covers and the days it takes. Anything beyond the stated band receives a written quote of its own.

Choosing the set

Which sheets answer your filing

Building departments differ in what they ask for first. The table below sets out what each Palladian set contains, so you can match it to the review your project faces. If you are unsure, send the sketch and we will say so plainly.

Palladian draws; your architect or engineer of record seals. We never stamp.

On the fee

What the flat fee does and does not cover

Can the fee change after quoting?

Only if you change the scope. The number on the written quote is the number on the invoice; added sheets or levels are quoted separately and in writing.

My house is over the footage band.

Send the sketch anyway. Sets above 1,500 sq ft for a measured plan, or 3,000 sq ft for the permit set, receive an individual written quote.

Do I pay before work begins?

No. We invoice after you approve the set. Quoting costs nothing.

Do you handle filing with the building department?

No. We deliver the drawings; your architect, engineer or builder files them. Every set is formatted for that hand-off.
