Send Palladian Drafting Co. a photographed sketch and your field measurements. We reply within one business day with a flat fee between $300 and $1,500, naming every sheet it covers, before a single line is drawn.

Before you write
Four items that let us quote the same day
A quote is only as firm as the information behind it. Gather what follows and the fee you receive is the fee you pay.
- The sketch, photographed flatSquare to the camera, in even light, with the margins visible.
- Field dimensionsScribbled figures are acceptable; mark which walls are existing and which are proposed.
- Site address and reviewing departmentWestchester and New York City reviewers expect different sheet conventions.
- Scope and deadlineWhich sheets you need, and the date your architect or engineer of record requires them.

Visiting the studio
Come by appointment, bring the originals
- Call (917) 734-9596 to set a time, weekdays 11am–7pm or an evening slot
- Bring marked-up originals, prior permit drawings and any survey you hold
- We review the paper with you, then send the written quote the same week

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, by email or telephone. The reply is a written quote of $300 to $1,500 naming each sheet included, or a single list of what we still need from you.
Is the quote binding?
The figure on the quote is the figure on the invoice unless you change the scope. Nothing is billed until you have approved the finished set.
Can I send photos by text?
Photographs are welcome by email. After your first message we send an upload address for larger files, including survey PDFs and prior permit drawings.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Studio hours are Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm. Evening calls are held by appointment; a 48-hour rush is available for $150 when the board has room.
